The issue

SOME OF THE BOLTS USED TO FASTEN THE DRIVESHAFT ON THE REAR AXLE FLANGE MAY LOOSEN POSSIBLY CAUSING THE DRIVESHAFT TO BREAK AWAY. THIS FAILURE COULD RESULT IN LOSS OF CONTROL AND A VEHICLE CRASH OR INJURY FROM THE LOOSENED DRIVESHAFT OR BOLTS. CORRECTION: BOLTS WILL BE REPLACED ON THE REAR AXLES OF AFFECTED VEHICLES.

Certains des boulons qui retiennent l'arbre de transmission au flasque du différentiel peuvent se desserrer et provoquer le bris de l'arbre de transmission. Le bris peut provoquer la perte de maîtrise du véhicule et un accident ou des personnes peuvent être blessées par l'arbre de transmission ou des boulons.
