The issue

THE REYCO SUSPENSION TORQUE ROD BOLTS ON THESE VEHICLES ARE NOT TO SPECIFICATION. THE BOLTS HAVE NO MARKINGS, INDICATING THAT THEY ARE GRADE 2 INSTEAD OF THE REQUIRED GRADE 5. FAILURE OF THESE BOLTS COULD ALLOW THE REAR AXLE TO SHIFT WHICH COULD ADVERSELY AFFECT VEHICLE CONTROL AND POSSIBLY LEAD TO A CRASH. CORRECTION: RETROFIT CHASSIS BUILT WITH REYCO SUSPENSION WITH GRADE 5 BOLTS AND NUTS.

Ils ne portent aucune marque, ce qui signifie qu'ils sont de nuance 2 au lieu de nuance 5 tel que requis. Si ces boulons viennent à briser, l'essieu arrière peut se déporter, ce qui pourrait affecter défavorablement la conduite du véhicule et causer un accident.
