The issue
On certain S15 and T15 vehicles, the nut attaching the steering wheel may have been insufficiently tightened and a nut retainer may be missing. This could allow the steering wheel to disengage from the column causing loss of steering control and a possible vehicle crash. Correction: Steering wheel nut and retainer will be reinstalled and the nut retorqued.

Sur certains S15 et T15, l'écrou de fixation du volant peut ne pas avoir été serré suffisamment et peut ne pas avoir été pourvu d'un dispositif de rétention. Par conséquent, le volant pourrait se détacher de la colonne et causer une perte de maîtrise de la direction, voire un accident.
