The issue

Certain G2 vehicles may have been built with an incorrect spare wheel which was specified for use with a G1 model van. The use of the incorrect spare wheel at a regular wheel position could, under certain loading conditions, eventually cause wheel cracking and possible wheel separation. This could result in loss of vehicle control and a crash without prior warning. Correction: Vehicles will be inspected and correct wheel installed if necessary.

Certains G2 peuvent avoir été équipés de la mauvaise roue de secours, celle-ci étant plutôt destinée aux fourgonnettes G1. Utilisée en service régulier, cette roue peut, dans certains cas, se fissurer et même se détacher du véhicule. Le conducteur pourrait alors perdre la maîtrise du véhicule et avoir un accident non prévisible. Correction: Les véhicules devront être inspectés et la bonne roue installée le cas échéant.
