The issue
Certain vehicles have been built with an incorrect Vehicle Emission Control Information (VECIi) label. The label incorrectly identifies the engine family and emission system bar code information, and as a result, may cause the vehicle to fail an emissions test. Correction: Correct vehicle emission control information label and installation instructions will be mailed to owners.

Certains véhicules ont été dotés de la mauvaise étiquette d’information sur le système antipollution. L’étiquette donne la mauvaise information sur la famille du moteur et sur le code à barres du système antipollution, ce qui peut faire en sorte que le véhicule échoue à un test d’émissions. Correction : La bonne étiquette d’information sur le système antipollution du véhicule et des instructions pour la poser devront être envoyées par la poste aux propriétaires.
