The issue

Certain vehicles do not comply with the requirements of C.M.V.S.S. 121 - Air Brake Systems. The rear brake release time can exceed the 0.55 second limit specified in the standard. Correction: Owner notification including repair instructions for increasing the size of the rear brake control line will be supplied.

Certains véhicules ne satisfont pas aux exigences de la NSVAC 121 - Systèmes de freinage à air comprimé. Le délai de desserrage des freins arrière peut excéder la limite de 0,55 seconde prévue par la norme. Correction : Un avis de défaut et bulletin de service contenant une description des étapes à suivre pour poser une conduite de commande des freins arrière d'une section plus importante sera fourni aux propriétaires.
