The issue
On certain trucks the fitting that connects the double check valve to the rear axle air brake relay valve may break. If the fitting breaks the rear service brakes will cease to operate, resulting in an extended stopping distance, possibly resulting in a collision.

Sur certains autobus, le raccord qui relie le clapet double à la valve relais des freins à air comprimé de l'essieu arrière peut se rompre. Si le raccord se brise, les freins de service arrière cesseront de fonctionner, ce qui fera augmenter les distances d'arrêt et risque de causer un accident. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront remplacer le raccord en cause.
