The issue
On certain vehicles, tamperproof caps to prevent horizontal adjustment of the headlamps were omitted. As a result, these vehicles do not meet CMVSS 108. Correction: Dealer will install tamperproof caps over the horizontal adjustment screw for both headlamps.

Sur certains véhicules, on a omis d'installer les capuchons inviolables destinés à empêcher le réglage horizontal des phares. En conséquence, ces véhicules ne satisfont pas aux exigences de la NSVAC 108. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront poser des capuchons inviolables sur les vis de réglage horizontal des phares.
