The issue

On certain vehicles, in extremely low temperatures, ice can build up inside the engine throttle valve and cause the accelerator pedal to stick or not to return to idle after accelerating. Correction: Dealer will modify the engine control computer software.

Sur certains véhicules, par très basses températures, de la glace peut se former à l'intérieur du boîtier du papillon des gaz et faire coincer l'accélérateur ou l'empêcher de revenir au ralenti quand on cesse d'appuyer sur la pédale. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront modifier le logiciel de commande du moteur.
