The issue

Certain vehicles do not comply with the requirements of CMVSS 108 - Lighting System and Retroreflective Devices. The Daytime Running Lamp (DRL) system was not activated at the assembly plant. Although the DRL's are inoperable, normal headlamp function is not affected. Correction: Dealers will enable the DRL system.

Certains véhicules ne satisfont pas aux exigences de la NSVAC 108 - Circuit d'éclairage et dispositifs rétroréfléchissants. Le système automatique d'allumage des phares n'a pas été mis en fonction à l'usine. Malgré tout, on peut allumer les phares de façon manuelle. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront mettre le système automatique d'allumage des phares en fonction.
