The issue

Certain vehicles do not comply with the requirements of CMVSS 212 - Windshield Mounting. The windshield urethane bead may not have adhered to the body in certain areas during the cure process. As a result, the windshield may not be retained during a vehicle crash. Correction: Dealers will replace the windshield.

Certains véhicules ne satisfont pas aux exigences de la NSVAC 212 - Cadre de pare brise. L'uréthane pourrait ne pas avoir adhéré à la carrosserie à certains endroits au cours du processus de séchage. En conséquence, le pare brise pourrait ne pas être retenu au cours d'un accident. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront remplacer le pare brise.
