The issue
Certain motorcycles were assembled with mirrors that were improperly located on the inner fairing. In this condition, it is not possible to adjust the mirrors properly, thereby not allowing the rider to have the appropriate rearward field of vision. Correction: There are three possible remedies: 1) Reposition the mirrors by drilling another hole and covering the original hole with a decal; 2) Install different mirrors (with larger base); 3) Replace the inner fairing with a new fairing that has the mirror locating holes drilled in the proper position.

Certaines motocyclettes ont été équipées, lors du montage, de rétroviseurs qui ont été placés d'une façon inadéquate sur le carénage intérieur, ce qui rend impossible le réglage adéquat des rétroviseurs et, donc, empêche le conducteur d'avoir un champ de vision arrière approprié. Correction : Il existe trois solutions possibles à ce problème : 1) déplacer les rétroviseurs en perçant un autre trou et en couvrant le trou de départ à l'aide d'une décalcomanie; 2) installer des rétroviseurs différents (ayant une base plus large); 3) remplacer le carénage intérieur par un nouveau carénage dont les trous de rétroviseur sont percés à l'endroit approprié.
