The issue
Certain buses fail to comply with the requirements of CMVSS 108. The back-up lights do not provide adequate illumination. This could possibly result in the presence of the minibus not perceived correctly or its signal not understood which could endanger the pedestrian or the occupant of the vehicle. Correction: Dealers will replace the two back-up lights installed previously on the minibuses with the ones supplied by Girardin Minibus.

Certains autobus ne se conforment pas aux exigences de la NSVAC 108. Les feux de recul pourraient ne pas fournir un éclairage adéquat. Cela pourrait faire en sorte que la présence du minibus ne soit pas détectée correctement ou que le signal du minibus ne soit pas compris, ce qui pourrait mettre en danger les piétons ou les occupants du véhicule. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront remplacer les deux feux de recul.
