Recall 2008271

The issue

On certain vehicles, the wire harness for the Battery Control Center (BCC) is routed incorrectly. As a result, the wiring may become damaged and cause a fire. Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, relocate the wiring harness.

Sur certains véhicules, l'attelage de câbles acheminé entre le châssis au niveau du passage de roue au niveau du conducteur et devant le cric de mise au niveau pourrait être coincé, ce qui pourrait produire des courts circuits ou des circuits ouverts. Un cour circuit ou un circuit ouvert pourrait faire griller des fusibles, mettre du matériel hors service et provoquer un incendie.
