The issue
Certain vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of CMVSS 110 - Tire Selection and Rims. The labels format and the information contained may not conform to the Standard. Incorrect information may lead to tire overloading and possibly cause tire failure. This may result in a vehicle crash causing personal injuries or death. Correction: Dealers will install corrected labels.

Certains véhicules ne satisfont pas aux exigences de la NSVAC 110 – jantes et choix de pneus. Le format des étiquettes et l’information contenue pourraient ne pas se conformer à la norme. De l’information incorrecte pourrait entraîner un gonflage excessif et causer une défaillance des pneus. Cela pourrait causer un accident, blesser quelqu’un ou entraîner des pertes de vie. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront installer de nouvelles étiquettes
