The issue

On certain truck-mounted telescopic articulating aerial devices, the counterweight may come loose and fall while the vehicle is in motion. A counterweight separting from the vehicle could strike another vehicle, stationary object, or bystander, causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Authorized service centers will secure the counterweights.

Sur certains dispositifs aériens télescopiques articulés et fixés sur un camion, il est possible que le contrepoids se desserre et tombe alors que le véhicule est en mouvement. Un contrepoids qui se détacherait du véhicule pourrait percuter un autre véhicule, un objet stationnaire ou une personne se trouvant à proximité, ce qui risquerait d'entraîner des dommages matériels ou de blesser quelqu'un. Correction : Les centres de services autorisés attacheront plus solidement les contrepoids.
