The issue

On certain Triumph Tiger 800 and Tiger 800 XC motorcycles equipped with an accessory center stand, the stand return spring may fracture and fail. This could allow the center stand to contact the road surface while the vehicle is underway, which could distract the rider and result in a crash causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will replace the center stand spring.

Sur certaines motocyclettes Triumph Tiger 800 et Tiger 800 XC munies d'une béquille centrale, le ressort de rappel de la béquille pourrait se briser et faire défaut. Cela pourrait permettre à la béquille de toucher à la route pendant que le véhicule roule, ce qui pourrait déranger le conducteur et causer un accident, endommager des biens matériels ou blesser quelqu'un. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront remplacer le ressort de rappel de la béquille.
