The issue

On certain Triumph Tiger 800, Tiger 800 XC and Sprint GT motorcycles, the accessory top box may not be adequately affixed to its carriage and could detach from the vehicle. A top box separating from the vehicle could strike another vehicle, stationary object, or bystander, causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will install a locking clip onto the top box latch mechanism.

Sur certaines motocyclettes Triumph Tiger 800, Tiger 800 XC et Sprint GT, le coffre d'accessoires supérieur pourrait ne pas être fixé adéquatement à son support et pourrait se détacher du véhicule. Un coffre d'accessoires supérieur qui se détacherait du véhicule pourrait aller percuter un autre véhicule, un objet stationnaire ou une personne se trouvant à proximité, ce qui endommagerait des biens matériels ou blesserait quelqu'un. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront poser une pièce de verrouillage sur le loquet du coffre d'accessoires supérieur.
