The issue

On certain vehicles, the moonroof glass may not have been correctly installed during vehicle assembly. A moonroof glass separating from the vehicle could strike another vehicle, stationary object, or bystander, causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will inspect the glass adhesion and either apply additional adhesive or replace the moonroof glass.

Sur certains véhicules, la vitre du toit ouvrant pourrait ne pas avoir été posée correctement pendant le montage du véhicule. Une vitre de toit ouvrant qui se détacherait du véhicule pourrait percuter un autre véhicule, un objet stationnaire ou une personne se trouvant à proximité, ce qui endommagerait des biens matériels ou blesserait quelqu'un. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront vérifier si le verre est collé, et appliquer de l'adhésif supplémentaire ou remplacer le verre du toit ouvrant.
