The issue

On certain vehicles, the tow hooks may not have been correctly heat treated during the manufacturing process. As such, the hooks may fail during vehicle recovery operations. An unexpected sudden release of the vehicle could result in property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will replace the tow hooks.

Sur certains véhicules, le traitement thermique des crochets de remorquage pourrait ne pas avoir été bien fait lors du processus de fabrication. Les crochets pourraient faire défaut lors des opérations de recupération du véhicule. Un dégagement soudain du véhicule pourrait endommager des biens matériels ou blesser quelqu'un. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront remplacer les crochets de remorquage.
