The issue

On certain vehicles, insulation on the engine block heater power cord may become damaged if the cord is handled during very cold days (temperatures below -20C). This could create an electrical shock hazard, which could result in personal injury. Correction: Dealers will replace the block heater cord.

Sur certains véhicules, l'isolation du fil d'alimentation électrique du chauffe-bloc pourrait s'endommager si le fil est manipulé par temps très froid (températures inférieures à -20 °C). Cela pourrait produire un risque de choc électrique, ce qui pourrait blesser quelqu'un. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront remplacer le fil d'alimentation électrique du chauffe-bloc.
