The issue

On certain trucks, the trailer wiring connector may have been incorrectly wired so that a stop signal overrides the turn signal. As a result, trailer lights would not indicate a turn while braking. This could increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will install a replacement wiring harness.

Dans certains camions, le raccord de câblage pour remorque pourrait avoir été mal câblé de sorte que le signal d'arrêt a priorité sur le signal de virage. Par conséquent, les feux de la remorque n'indiqueraient pas un virage lorsqu'il y a freinage. Ceci augmenterait les risques d'accident et pourrait entraîner des blessures ou des dommages matériels. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront poser un faisceau de câbles de rechange.
