The issue

On certain buses, the alternator wiring harness may be pinched between the alternator mount plate and a heater hose clamp. This could damage the wiring insulation and eventually cause a spark/arcing, increasing the risk of a fire causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, reposition the heater hose clamp.

Sur certains autobus, le faisceau de câbles de l'alternateur pourrait être coincé entre la plaque de fixation de l'alternateur et un collier de serrage de canalisation du système de chauffage. Cela pourrait endommager l'isolant des fils et causer une étincelle/un arc, ce qui augmenterait les risques d'incendie endommageant des biens matériels ou blessant quelqu'un. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront inspecter et, si nécessaire, repositionner le collier de serrage de canalisation du système de chauffage.
