The issue

On certain vehicles, the fuel pump strainer could deteriorate and crack. This could result in a fuel smell and/or fuel leak. Leaking fuel, in the presence of an ignition source, could lead to a fire causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will replace the fuel strainer cover.

Sur certains véhicules, la crépine de la pompe à carburant pourrait se détériorer et se fissurer. Cela pourrait causer une odeur de carburant ou une fuite de carburant. Du carburant qui fuit, en présence d'une source d'inflammation, pourrait mener à un incendie blessant quelqu'un ou endommageant des biens matériels. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront remplacer le couvercle de la crépine de la pompe à carburant.
