The issue
On certain motorcycles, the piston rod within the rear shock absorber can break without warning. If this were to occur while in motion, the motorcycle would lose stability, possibly resulting in a loss of vehicle control and a crash causing personal injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will replace the rear shock and spring strut assembly.

Sur certaines motocyclettes, la tige de piston dans l'amortisseur arrière pourrait se briser subitement. Si cela se produisait pendant que le véhicule roule, la motocyclette perdrait de sa stabilité, ce qui pourrait résulter en une perte de contrôle du véhicule et en un accident blessant quelqu'un ou endommageant des biens matériels. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront remplacer l'ensemble jambe de force et amortisseur arrière.
