The issue
On certain vehicles, a programming feature which limits vehicle speed in the event of a deployable rear spoiler fault may not function as intended. This could allow the vehicle to be operated at higher speeds without the spoiler being in the deployed position, which could affect vehicle handling and increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will update vehicle software.

Sur certains véhicules, une caractéristique de programmation qui limite la vitesse de roulement en cas de défaillance de l'aileron arrière déployable pourrait ne pas fonctionner comme prévu. Cela pourrait permettre au véhicule d'être utilisé à plus haute vitesse sans que l'aileron ne soit déployé, ce qui pourrait avoir une incidence sur son comportement routier et augmenter les risques d'un accident blessant quelqu'un ou endommageant des biens matériels. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront mettre à jour le logiciel du véhicule.
