The issue
On certain vehicles outfitted with 1100W, 1500W & 2000W Thermo King inverters, the inverter could fail. This would be apparent through a "popping" noise and/or an odor emanating from the unit, and could result in an electrical short, smoke, and/or fire, which could increase the risk of injury and/or damage to property. Correction: An authorized service facility will replace the inverter installed, or refund the full purchase price based on availability of replacement inverters.

L'onduleur de certains véhicules dotés d'onduleurs Thermo King de 1100 watts, 1500 watts et 2000 watts pourrait faire défaut. Cela pourrait se manifester par un bruit d'explosion et/ou une odeur provenant de l'unité, et pourrait causer un court-circuit, produire de la fumée et/ou un feu, ce qui pourrait augmenter les risques de blessures et/ou de dommages aux biens matériels. Correction : Une installation de service autorisée doit remplacer l'onduleur installé ou rembourser entièrement le prix d’achat, selon la disponibilité, pour le remplacement des onduleurs.
