The issue

On certain motorcycles, the inner sleeve of the throttle opening cable could disengage, which could obstruct the throttle in the closing phase. This could result in the rider being unable to close the throttle properly, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will replace the upper throttle cover with a newly designed equivalent.

Sur certaines motocyclettes, la gaine intérieure du câble d'ouverture de la commande des gaz pourrait se détacher, ce qui pourrait obstruer la commande des gaz lors de la coupure de l'alimentation. Cela pourrait empêcher le motocycliste de bien fermer la commande des gaz, ce qui augmenterait les risques de collision pouvant entraîner des blessures ou des dommages matériels (ou les deux). Correction : Les concessionnaires devront remplacer la partie supérieure du boîtier par un nouveau modèle équivalent.
