The issue

On certain vehicles, the weld joint between the upper stack tail pipe and the vertical exhaust pipe may crack and allow the exhaust pipe to separate from the vehicle. The pipe falling on the road surface could create a safety hazard potentially resulting in a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will replace the stack tail pipes with an approved replacement part.

Sur certains véhicules, le joint soudé entre la partie supérieure de la cheminée d'échappement et le tuyau d'échappement vertical pourrait se fissurer et permettre à la partie supérieure de se détacher du véhicule. Si le tuyau tombe sur la surface de la route, cela pourrait créer une situation dangereuse qui pourrait entraîner des blessures ou des dommages matériels (ou les deux). Correction : Les concessionnaires devront remplacer le tuyau d'échappement par une pièce de remplacement approuvée.
