The issue
On certain vehicles built with optional heated power mirror systems, the wiring supplying the mirror heaters may be undersized, which could cause the wiring to overheat, potentially causing a fire and increasing the risk of injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Owner will be provided with repair parts and instructions to install additional wiring.

Sur certains véhicules construits avec des systèmes de rétroviseurs chauffants et motorisés facultatifs, le calibre du câblage qui alimente les dispositifs de réchauffage des rétroviseurs pourrait être trop petit, ce qui pourrait causer la surchauffe du câblage. Cela pourrait déclencher un feu et augmenter les risques de blessures ou de dommages matériels (ou les deux).
