The issue
On certain travel trailers, the wiring going from the battery box to the roof mount solar fixture may not have been connected to a 30 amp breaker during the manufacturing process. Under certain circumstances, it could cause the wires to melt and/or short to ground increasing the risk of fire causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will tie the unprotected circuit to an existing 30 amp breaker.

Sur certaines caravanes classiques, le câblage reliant le compartiment de batterie au panneau solaire monté sur le toit pourrait ne pas avoir été branché à un disjoncteur de 30 A durant le processus de construction. Dans certaines circonstances, cela pourrait causer la fonte du câblage et/ou un court-circuit à la masse, ce qui augmenterait les risques de déclenchement d'un feu pouvant entraîner des blessures ou des dommages matériels (ou les deux). Correction : Les concessionnaires devront fixer le circuit non protégé à un disjoncteur de 30 A existant.
