The issue
On certain travel trailers equipped with a 16k MorRyde orbital pin box, a variation in the welding of the spindle could allow a metal to metal contact of the pin box. If this occurs, the durability of the pin box spindle could be reduced over time, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will install a spacer to prevent the metal to metal contact.

Dans certaines caravanes classiques dotées d'une boîte d'attelage MorRyde 16k Orbital, une variation de soudage de la tige pourrait entraîner un contact métal métal de la boîte, réduire la durabilité de cette dernière et accroître les risques d'accident pouvant causer des blessures et/ou des dommages matériels. Mesure corrective : les détaillants doivent installer un séparateur afin de prévenir tout contact métal-métal.
