The issue

On certain vehicles, the rear view camera image may not display properly due to a software issue within the infotainment unit. During the initial boot-up, a blank screen might occur, or if multiple processes occur at the same time, the screen might freeze. This could increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property while reversing. Correction: Dealers will reprogram the software of the infotainment unit.

Dans certains véhicules, l'image de la caméra de recul pourrait ne pas s'afficher correctement en raison d'un problème lié au logiciel du système d'infodivertissement. Lors du démarrage initial, un écran vide peut s'afficher, ou si plusieurs commandes sont programmées en même temps, l'écran peut figer. Cela pourrait augmenter les risques d'accident pouvant entraîner des blessures ou des dommages matériels (ou les deux) lors d'une manœuvre de recul. Mesure corrective : Les concessionnaires devront reprogrammer le logiciel du système d'infodivertissement.
