The issue

On certain motorhomes, a battery cable and hydraulic fluid line may not have been properly secured during vehicle assembly and could come into contact with either the driveshaft or exhaust. If this were to occur, it could lead to an electrical short and/or fire, which could increase the risk of injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect the battery cables and hydraulic lines to ensure they are properly routed and secured, and will repair as necessary.

Sur certaines autocaravanes, un câble de batterie et un flexible de liquide hydraulique pourraient ne pas avoir été bien fixés au moment de l'assemblage du véhicule et pourraient entrer en contact avec l'arbre de transmission ou le système d'échappement. Le cas échéant, cela pourrait provoquer un court-circuit ou un incendie, ce qui pourrait augmenter les risques de blessures ou de dommages matériels (ou les deux). Mesure corrective : Les concessionnaires devront inspecter les câbles de batterie et les flexibles de liquide hydraulique pour vérifier s'ils sont acheminés et fixés correctement et effectuer les réparations nécessaires.
