The issue

On certain commercial trucks, a fuel line could contact the air compressor discharge line. Heat from the compressor discharge line could damage the fuel line, causing a fuel leak which, in the presence of an ignition source, could increase the risk of fire causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will replace the straight fitting on the air compressor outlet with a 45 degree fitting and install a redesigned air compressor discharge line.

Sur certains camions commerciaux, une canalisation d'alimentation en carburant pourrait entrer en contact avec la canalisation de déchargement du compresseur d'air. La chaleur provenant de la canalisation de déchargement du compresseur pourrait endommager la canalisation d'alimentation en carburant, ce qui causerait une fuite de carburant qui, en présence d'une source d'inflammation, pourrait augmenter les risques d'un incendie blessant quelqu'un ou endommageant des biens matériels. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront remplacer le raccord droit sur la sortie du compresseur d'air par un raccord à 45 degrés, et poser une canalisation de déchargement du compressur d'air redessinée.
