The issue

On certain vehicles, the rearview camera could fail internally and overheat, creating a fire risk. This could also result in loss of tail light function. Both of these conditions could increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect and replace the camera as necessary.

Sur certains véhicules, la caméra permettant de voir à l'arrière du véhicule pourrait faire défaut et surchauffer, ce qui crée un risque d'incendie. Cela pourrait aussi faire en sorte que les feux arrière cessent de fonctionner. Ces deux conditions pourraient augmenter les risques d'un accident blessant quelqu'un ou endommageant des biens matériels. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront inspecter et remplacer la caméra au besoin.
