The issue

On certain C 63 models, a locknut in the steering rack may be defective. If the nut fails, the steering could become stuck, which would increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will replace the steering rack.

Sur certains modèles C 63, un écrou de blocage dans la crémaillère pourrait être défectueux. Si l'écrou faisait défaut, la direction pourrait se coincer, ce qui augmenterait les risques d'un accident blessant quelqu'un ou endommageant des biens matériels. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront remplacer la crémaillère.
