The issue
Issue: On certain buses, the outer handle for the roof hatch (emergency exit) could break. If this happens, it would be difficult to open the roof hatch from outside the bus. Safety Risk: An emergency exit that is difficult to open could increase the risk of injury in an emergency. Corrective Actions: The company will notify owners by mail and instruct them to take their vehicle to an authorized service facility to replace the roof hatch outer handle.

Problème : Sur certains autobus, la poignée extérieure de la trappe de toit (issue de secours) pourrait se casser. Dans ce cas, il serait difficile d'ouvrir la trappe de toit de l'extérieur de l'autobus. Risques pour la sécurité : Une issue de secours difficile à ouvrir pourrait augmenter les risques de blessures dans une situation d'urgence. Mesures correctives : Le constructeur doit aviser les propriétaires par la poste et leur demander d'amener leur véhicule à un centre de service autorisé pour faire remplacer la poignée extérieure de la trappe de toit.
