The issue

Issue: On certain vehicles, the rear axle carrier side mounts may crack and eventually break. If both mounts break while driving, there could be a sudden loss of vehicle control. Safety Risk: A loss of vehicle control could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Porsche will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to replace the rear axle carrier side sections.

Problème : Sur certains véhicules, les supports latéraux du porte-essieu arrière peuvent se fissurer et finir par se briser. Si les deux supports se brisent pendant la conduite, il peut y avoir une perte soudaine de maîtrise du véhicule. Risques pour la sécurité : Une perte de maîtrise du véhicule pourrait augmenter les risques d'accident. Mesures correctives : Porsche doit aviser les propriétaires par la poste et leur demander d'amener leur véhicule chez un concessionnaire pour remplacer les supports latéraux du porte-essieu arrière.
