The issue

Issue: On certain vehicles, the rear inner axle shaft may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the inner axle shaft could break and cause a loss of power to the wheels. Safety Risk: A sudden loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Hyundai will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the rear inner axle shaft.

Problème : Sur certains véhicules, l'arbre d'essieu intérieur arrière pourrait avoir été fabriqué incorrectement. Par conséquent, l'arbre d'essieu intérieur pourrait se briser et entraîner une perte de puissance au niveau des roues. Risques pour la sécurité : Une perte de puissance soudaine au niveau des roues pourrait augmenter les risques d'accident. Mesures correctives : Hyundai doit aviser les propriétaires par la poste et leur demander d'amener leur véhicule chez un concessionnaire pour faire remplacer l'arbre d'essieu intérieur arrière.
