The issue

Issue: On certain motorhomes, the solar panel may not have been installed properly. As a result, the solar panel could loosen and separate from the vehicle while driving. Safety Risk: A solar panel that detaches from the vehicle could create a hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Thor Motor Coach will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorhome to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, install washers on the solar panel mounting brackets.

Problème : Sur certaines autocaravanes, le panneau solaire pourrait ne pas avoir été installé correctement. Par conséquent, le panneau solaire pourrait se séparer du véhicule pendant la conduite. Risques pour la sécurité : Un panneau solaire qui se détache du véhicule pourrait créer un danger pour les autres usagers de la route et augmenter les risques d'accident. Mesures correctives : Thor Motor Coach doit aviser les propriétaires par la poste et leur demander d'amener leur autocaravane chez un concessionnaire pour faire inspecter et, au besoin, installer des rondelles sur les supports de fixation du panneau solaire.
