BulletinSummary
11009768Certain GV70 (JK1, JK1A), GV80 (JX1) and G80 (RG3) vehicles may have a hum or whine noise condition from the rear differential at certain speeds. This bulletin describes the procedure to inspect the vehicle for the hum or whine noise and if necessary to tighten the rear differential lock nut first. If the hum or whine noise remains, then replace the rear differential or other driveline components as necessary.
11009411Certain Genesis vehicles (listed below) equipped with Lambda-III 3.5T-GDI engines may exhibit reduced heater performance due to engine coolant deposits clogging the heater core. This bulletin provides instructions to verify the concern and to replace the front and rear heater core (if applicable).
11008916These vehicles have an incorrect character in the 9th digit on VIN labels due to an error in the check digit generator at the vehicle assembly plant. On certain 2024 Model Year G80 vehicles, the VIN label error is located on the engine and transmission assemblies along with VIN labels on the frame of the vehicle and may have a D in the 9th digit. On certain 2024 Model Year G80 Electrified vehicles, the VIN label error is located on the traction motors (rear and forward) along with VIN labels on the frame of the vehicle and may have a P in the 9th digit.

10253049Genesis applies a Paint Protection Film (PPF) on new vehicles before delivery to dealerships. It provides a barrier between the paint and contaminants, such as rail dust, acid rain, and industrial fallout. In rare cases, the paint can become clouded under the PPF. These spots are the result of moisture trapped between the PPF and the paint.
10253048This TSB provides a procedure to diagnose and repair a transmission for the following Incorrect Ratio DTC (transmission clutch slipping more than 200 rpm in gear).
10253043This bulletin provides a procedure to diagnose an 8-speed automatic transaxle with a harsh and/or delayed shift.
10253042This bulletin provides a procedure to transfer oil pressure data to the TCU using GDS Mobile. This procedure is necessary to reduce the TCU learning time and improve the shift quality. Before replacing an automatic transmission: Input the data into the TCU using the GDS. Before replacing a TCU: Back up the oil pressure data from the old TCU into the GDS and then transfer the data to the new TCM.
10253031Certain vehicles (listed below) equipped with the HomeLink5 (Two Way Communication) mirror may experience programming and operating difficulties with the home garage system. This bulletin provides information related to some of the possible symptoms.
