The issue
The adjusting screw of the ignition switch/fork lock assembly may not be long enough to assure secure engagement. If the adjusting screw becomes disengaged it could allow the fork lock pin to drop and engage the fork lock thus locking the steering mechanism.

La vis de réglage du contact d'allumage avec blocage de fourche peut ne pas être suffisamment longue pour assurer une fixation solide du dispositif. Si cette vis de réglage sort du dispositif, le doigt de blocage de la fourche peut s'abaisser et pénétrer dans la fourche, bloquant ainsi la direction.
