The issue

UPPER STEERING COLUMN SHAFT YOKE PINCH BOLT AND NUT MAY NOT HAVE BEEN ADEQUATELY TORQUED. THIS COULD RESULT IN SEPARATION OF THE INTERMEDIATE STEERING SHAFT FROM THE UPPER STEERING SHAFT AND MAY CAUSE LOSS OF CONTROL AND VEHICLE CRASH.

Le boulon et l'écrou de serrage de la bride de l'arbre supérieur de la colonne de direction peuvent n'avoir pas été correctement serrés. L'arbre intermédiaire et l'arbre supérieur risquent, par conséquent, de se séparer et d'entraîner ainsi une perte de maîtrise du véhicule et une collision.
