The issue
On certain trucks, binding bolts used to secure steering shaft yokes to their mating components may not have been tightened to specifications. Over or under tightened binder bolts may lead to a separation of the steering shaft from the column resulting in loss of vehicle control and possible crash.

Sur certains camions, les boulons des étriers d'accouplement des sections de la colonne de direction peuvent ne pas avoir été serrés au couple prescrit. Un serrage excessif ou insuffisant de ces boulons peut provoquer la séparation des sections de la colonne de direction et entraîner une perte de maîtrise du véhicule et une possibilité d'accident.
