The issue
On certain trucks, one or more of the foot pedal assembly return springs may fail. If both springs fail, the pedal may unexpectedly go to the full throttle position. This could result in loss of vehicle control and a crash without prior warning. Correction: Electronic foot pedal assembly will be replaced.

Sur certains camions, il se peut que l'un ou les deux ressorts de rappel de la pédale électronique se brisent. S'il brisent tous les deux, la pédale peut se déplacer sans avertissement en position pleins gaz. Il peut s'ensuivre une perte de la maîtrise du véhicule et un accident non prévisible.
