The issue

DEFECT: THE CASTLE NUTS ON THE BALL STUDS OF THE TIE ROD ENDS MAY NOT BE TIGHTENED TO ROCKWELL'S SPECIFIED TORQUE. EXCESSIVELY LOW TORQUE MAY ALLOW MOVEMENT BETWEEN THE BALL STUD AND THE TIE ROD ARM WHICH MAY DAMAGE THESE MATING PARTS AND POTENTIALLY AFFECT THE DRIVER'S ABILITY TO STEER THE VEHICLE RESULTING IN A POSSIBLE CRASH. CORRECTION: AFFECTED AXLES WILL BE INSPECTED AND EITHER RETORQUED OR REPLACED AS REQUIRED.

DÉFAUT: Les écrous crénelés des rotules de bielles d'accouplement n'auraient pas été serrés au couple spécifié par Rockwell. Si c'est le cas, il peut y avoir mouvement excessif entre la rotule et la bielle d'accouplement, ce qui peut endommager leurs surfaces de contact et, à la longue, nuire à la conduite du véhicule et causer un accident. Correction: Les essieux visés devront être inspectés et remplacés, ou les écrous devront être resserrés.
