The issue

On certain vehicles, the fasteners which secure the generator cartridge fuse to the Power Distribution Centre (PDC) may have an improper clamp load. Improper clamping may result in arcing at the connection which may potentially cause a fire in the engine compartment. Correction: Generator cartridge fuse fasteners will be properly tightened.

Les dispositifs de fixation qui assujettissent le fusible à cartouche de la génératrice à la centrale de servitudes (PDC) n'auraient pas la bonne force de serrage, ce qui peut entraîner la production d'arcs électriques au niveau de la connexion et représenter un risque d'incendie dans le compartiment moteur. Correction: Les dispositifs de fixation du fusible à cartouche de la génératrice devront être serrés conformément aux spécifications.
