The issue

On certain vehicels, a fuel leak could occur during normal operation because of over crimping of the hose end fittings on the hose from the regulator to the left head and the hose from the fuel transfer pump to the regulator. Should a fuel leak occur on a hot engine, a fire could result. Correction: Fuel hoses will be replaced with properly crimped hoses.

Sur certains véhicules, il se peut qu’une fuite de carburant se produise en conduite normale si, lors du sertissage, on a trop serré les raccords d’extrémité sur les conduites de carburant qui vont du régulateur à la culasse gauche et de la pompe de transfert du carburant au régulateur. Si du carburant s’écoule sur une pièce chaude du moteur, un incendie peut s’ensuivre. Correction : Les conduites de carburant devront être remplacées par des conduites correctement serties.
