The issue
On certain vehicles, the s-cam on the front drive axles may experience interference with the knuckle stud as the brake lining wears. This would prevent the s-cam from rotating through its full range of motion thereby restricting the amount of braking force transmitted from the brake shoe linings to the brake drums. Correction: Interfering knuckle studs will be shortened.

Sur certains véhicules, à mesure que les garnitures de frein s’usent sur l’essieu moteur avant, le goujon de fusée peut entraver le mouvement de la came en S des freins avant et l’empêcher de compléter sa course, limitant ainsi la force de freinage transmise des segments de frein garnis aux tambours de frein. Correction : Les goujons de fusée gênants devront être raccourcis.
